FAQ

Why should I choose you to develop my brand?

All of my projects are handcrafted from the conceptualization to final execution. I don’t outsource any of my work. I will be able to answer all of your questions from the get-go because I personally handle each step of the branding process.

You’re not just another client – you’re a fellow entrepreneur, a peer, and most of all, a friend. I care about each and every client I work with on a personal level. Not only because my end product is a representation of me, but because I believe in going above and beyond to make sure every client is happy and proud of the brand we have developed together. You know your brand and what you ultimately want – it is my job to bring it to life.

Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than helping bringing your ideas to life and seeing your brand succeed!

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

I work on projects across a variety of industries – from financial services and software to fashion and dog blogs! There is no project too small or too great. I work with brands of all shapes and sizes, from all over the world, and it is my goal to turn your ideas into a reality.

I also do event branding for weddings, fundraisers and social events. Event branding includes everything from the custom logo design & color palette to the invitations & thank you’s and even website design

What are your billing and invoicing methods?

I accept mailed check or PayPal (which will incur an additional fee). Payments are due in the terms agreed upon in the initial contract. There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due upon booking to hold your spot in the queue. All final payments will be due upon project completion and prior to the delivery of any final logo/branding materials. For larger projects, I offer extended payment plans where I may break the payment into three or four milestone payments, which will be outlined in the initial proposal and contract.

What’s your average project timeline?

Project timelines usually range from four to eight weeks, depending on the package chosen and any delays in receiving media (e.g., website copy, images, etc.) from the client. To learn more about the branding process, please visit my process guide page to get a better idea of what to expect.

Do you provide hosting for the websites you design?

No, the desired domain name and hosting services must be purchased by the client. There are several hosting services that provide excellent customer service. If you are looking for a reliable and cost efficient hosting service, I recommend using bluehost.com for your domain purchase and hosting services. Their customer service is exceptional. With that said, I am not responsible for server downtime, software issues or any other compatibility issue that may arise after the launch of the site. Website packages do not include future WordPress CMS update compatibility issues for your site. After the launch of the site, all additional work will be quoted and billed at an hourly rate. Client must provide FTP access to their server.

Is printing included in the brand packages?

No. You will be responsible for all hardcopy prints. You will be provided with all the necessary printing files. I will be happy to recommend all weights, finishes, etc. I do offer printing services on a case by case basis. Please inquire about my printing service fees.
